Refund and Exchange

If you require a refund or exchange, please email us immediately at info@westsurfing.com with your proof of purchase details from our website westsurfing.com for instructions on how to proceed.

We will require you to return your unused (not surfed in or soiled in any way) wetsuit, at your cost, within 14 days of receipt of the item. After inspection and approval by our staff that the returned wetsuit is suitable for repackaging and on-sale; we will exchange the wetsuit or refund the actual selling price of the wetsuit to you immediately. If the wetsuit has been surfed in or used for any activity, this exchange and refund policy will not apply.
